Most of the blue & white pieces I create are made with a cone 6 mid-fire English grolleg porcelain on the wheel and are hand-painted with underglaze, then glazed and refired.

Collaboration
Working in tandem with potter, Joe Hicks, we created four collaborative vases—his wheel thrown vessels and my glaze illustrations—which were then fired in gas reduction
Gas & Wood-Fired Pottery
Working with Joe Hicks, we fired his anagama kiln in the fall of 2023 for the first time. These works were all experiments, but the satisfying results make me eager to create more work for the wood-fired kiln.
